GLA:D™ Canada is an 8-week program for individuals with knee and/or hip osteoarthritis or symptoms of osteoarthritis. Danmark developed the program, and they reduced the progression of pain symptoms by 27%, time off sick leave, reduced the use of painkillers, and improved physical activity levels at 1-year post-program. These education sessions are for people who would like more information about hip and knee osteoarthritis. Registration is for the sessions that are 45-min long and are hosted virtually using Zoom. Time is provided at the end to answer questions.
GLA:D® BACK is a treatment option for patients with persistent or recurrent low back pain that affects everyday life. The program was developed by researchers and clinicians at the University of Southern Denmark (SDU).
