Advanced Exercise Prescription for Kinesiologists—15 PDCs available
Advanced Exercise Prescription is a course aimed at helping kinesiologists to improve their understanding and prescription of exercises to guide clients toward achieving their rehabilitation (or general exercise) goals and to present an alternative exercise model of optimum muscular control and improved biomechanics. Our goal is to help the students recognize common pitfalls of exercises, including body compensation strategies, as we review common exercises used to rehabilitate a variety of common conditions.
