ONLINE COURSE - Coach Approach

Course Description

The Dive Into a Coach Approach™ model was created by and for health care professionals to make a bigger splash in their careers and with their clients. Over the course of the training, you'll discover the following:

• The Dive Into a Coach Approach™ model to learn how to improve client success
• A four-step framework to guide a coaching dialogue and high-impact accountability
• 10 techniques that will help you coach successfully and with confidence
• Two tools you'll be able to download and use in your practice immediately

Course Components

This introductory 12 hour hybrid online course introduces students to the why and how to use a Coach Approach in Healthcare. The course includes a 60-page fillable workbook along with access to Tools and Resources to support the students utilizing the learning. This training is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) providing the students with 12 CCE’s towards ICF credentialing.

Course Components

• 8-hour online module, divided into six modules;
• One 2.5 hour live training session;
• One 1 hour Question and Answer session two to four weeks following the training. 

About the Instructor

Hélène Thériault is the founder of Function First Coaching Inc., which was established to partner with organizations and assist them in achieving their full potential by training healthcare professionals who are committed to excellent transferable coaching skills and creating ongoing support for the integration of coaching competencies that impact their clients and workplace. 

She is a registered therapist for the past 20-years, is a Professional Certified Coach, and holds a Master of Adult Education. She is also a Certified Instructional Designer and Virtual Trainer to support creating content that "sticks" for you to learn and apply the coaching framework she created to healthcare professionals like yourself.

Her passion lies in supporting you to make that impact that you are looking for in both your personal and professional lives.
