Who We Are
Yāna Motion Lab™ is a pioneering 3D markerless movement assessment company transforming how human movement is measured, understood, and applied across clinical, performance, and wellness settings.
We are a small, highly specialized team spanning clinical care, biomechanics, engineering, and product development. Our work sits at the intersection of clinical thinking and modern, technology-enabled service delivery. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world motion assessment systems and workflows, working closely with experienced clinicians and builders in a live studio environment.
What We Value Most:
At Yāna, how you show up matters as much as your credentials. We value:
- Strong patient and subject communication skills and comfort working with people all day
- Reliability, work ethic, and pride in doing repeatable work well
- Curiosity about movement, recovery, and performance
- Willingness to learn through real-world repetition rather than abstract theory
- Professional presence and the ability to create a calm, confident experience for clients
- Adaptability in a startup environment where roles evolve through practice, not job titles
Credentials matter, but they do not define potential. We seek individuals who can translate academic knowledge into real-world application, bridging clinical insight with modern, client-centered service delivery.

- Compensation: $23.00–$26.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday; occasional evenings and weekends as needed
